My Neo V keeps restarting.

Hi guys,

I got a brand new Neo V yesterday, fully updated it to the latest software and it has been fine since this morning. It constantly keeps restarting.

Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

But the replacement with the company I bought it from will take 4-6 weeks because of Stock... If it was a software problem wouldn't it just happen the same on a different phone anyway?

yes but who knws what the prob is ..

if sony says they are rolling an update soon then i believe they have solved it

but i'd still have preffered a replacement if i were in ur place..

btw for what time period is it that you can replace you phone ? 1 week or more ??

yes you should .. never keep a faulty unit .. you have paid lot of money .. you should get a perfectly working phone

But getting a replacement would really be pointless if it was a software problem but oh well might aswell get a new one

I reset and repaired the phone using the PC suite and now it hasn't rebooted since...

I'd suggest u replace it...coz till now there have been no other solutions. And regarding after updating the s/w, it'll work for a day and again start rebooting.
