Tiny Tower on Xperia Neo V

Greetings,

Wondering why I the Market wont let me install Tiny tower on my Neo V.

I get the following message :

This app is incompatible with your Sony Ericsson MT11i.

Android version 2.3.4

Build number :4.0.2A.0.62

I also have this issue with Pocket frogs and many a few other titles....

Much appreciate your help.

you sould contact the developer, it might be a region/country restriction

Its not a region / country restriction as I can install it on my Xperia Arc.

My Arc has the same GPU, Processor, Android OS (correct me is I'm wrong) - but something else in the Neo V is restricting this install.

Tried that. I get:

"This app is incompatible with your Sony Erricsson MT11i"

Phone selecton is greyed out and does not allow me to install.

lets try this

settings -> applications -> manage applications -> all -> market -> uninstall updates and clear cacher -> restart your phone and then try again

It does not even give me the market listing on the phone.

theres one app chrome to phone which is compatible with xperia pro but not with the arc

why is this..?? i mean you also cant install that app in neo v butyou can in arc...

What does the app developer say?

The software spec on your phone is fine to run most app's.

Mobage (the developer) initially tried to flog it off as possibe performance and hardware reasons. I replied to them mentioning that this phone has the same specs as my Xperia Arc (which the game works) and better performace than a certain phone on their compatibility list.

I also asked the question if it is due to the phone not been evauated as yet. They said this could be the most likly reason - but was not really definite.
