      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may be that your phone was originally locked into a particular network and then unlocked by cable/patch, which only temporarily unlocks the phone as the patch becomes deleted by an update or reset. Did you buy this phone new?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
