Otherwise, try updating/re-installing the software with SEUS and/or a phone repair with PC companion.Failing all of this, it's probably a hardware issue which needs to be repaired at a service centre. Don't forget to back up your phone data on PC/PC Companion/memory card before the update/reset/repair. Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi there is a problem with my t715 , when I call or receive a call ,I cannot hear anything .on the other hand if I turn the speaker on then it works fine and I can hear everything , any suggestions what to do ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
