Media Manager Not Finding W580i

I've been using this phone for over a year. It has always been hit or miss when I try to connect using media manager anso I can load music files. The straight USB connection s very reliable so I know the cable and card are fine.

Any suggestions on why media manager cannot see my phone?

Always start after reboot. Always select mode right away on phone. Media manager should see phone right afterwards.

I asume you wish to upload file from camera. If so it might be easier to copy photo or video files from phone to file on computer then upload file as normal to Utube.
