M600i touch screen not working

Hi All,

It was over a drink when the whisky spilled over my mobile and ever since then the touch screen ceased to work.

I guess the scotch doesnt go well with my phone. Lot of functions have become impossible since without the touch screen only a minimal functions could be done like attending and termination calls or checking the contact numbers.I checked with a sony ericsson authorised service dealer and i understand from them that they have stopped supporting M600i.I have been searching for a solution to fix it online and i am yet to come across one.

So if anyone out there has come across this situation and come up with a solution kindly do let me know. I would highly appreciate it.

Whiskey and mobile phones are not a great match. I like both, but not mixed together.

It's correct that this phone is no longer supported. Due to the age of the phone model it's been phased out.

Try Dr_Chris' link and see if it helps. Also, I see no harm in calling the local support and see if they can give som good advices.
