Whenever i play music and video, the sounds suddenly stop or gone and i have to press it again and again

I had this problem as well. The sound would cut out when watching a youtube video or when playing music or when listening to anything through the built in speaker. If you have the same issue as me it will be that your phone is faulty and you shoud get it exchanged for a new one.

I had mine replaced and I have had no issues with sound dropping out on my replacement. Other than that it is an amazing phone.

I am also facing media volume problem while using Facebook videos YouTube videos and games also it's automatically silent this is manufacturing fault today I visit Dubai mall Sony shop from where I purchase this device 10 days before they refuse to replace device I am very disappointed from Sony services they keep my phone for sending it to service center

The same problem. Is it really HW problem? Is'nt it just bug of the software?

Tried safe mode and this bug does't apear. Any idea wich app can cause this?
