Do note that this will delete all data stored on the internal storage of your phone and since you can't power on your phone, creating a backup won't be possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there is no change after the software repair has been completed, your phone will need to be examined by a trained technician&amp;nbsp;at an authorized service centre. Your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;team will arrange a repair for you so I would recommend that you get in touch with them!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have any questions regarding local service routines, warranty and consumer laws they are best equipped to answer this as well since it varies between markets.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know how it went!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>side buttons not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;all of a sudden all the buttons on the side have stopped working, wasnt too much of an issue until my phone died and now i cant switch it back on, its fully charged, what can i do to switch my phone on without the power button&lt;/P&gt;</description>
