Compass accuracy

In application Google maps compass accuracy is low. Calibration of compass is no effect. Who Can help to resolve this problem?

Have a look at your phone case, does it have a magnetic lock on it. These locks can magnetically charge the compass on your phone for a few hours before it discharges rendering the compass useless

After the calibration in the Google maps application, the compass shows the direction more or less accurately. But the application still reports that the accuracy of the compass is low.
