Facebook messenger voice message problem

when i recored a voice message and send it it plays it back high speed and high pitch also when i try to listin to the voice message with head phones it plays it though the phone bottom speeker at max volume even on mute please help this is my second xperia xa ultra i have already exchanged it this phone has many problem

Are you using the Xperia Answering Machine, or the voicemail service of your network?

Sorry, I just read that. There's not much assistance I can provide for Facebook Messanger as it is a third party app. We can test your mic and reset the app.

To test your mic, go to Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Microphone. See if the same thing happens in there.

To reset the app go to Settings > Apps > Facebook Messanger > Force Stop > Storage > Clear Data, then restart your phone.

Hi Sir, I have problem voice sound on facebook messenger, i try to do it by ur explain., but it's still not work. so what can i do ? i used Sony Xperia XA Ultra. please help.
