I haven't updated or installed anything. The headset works, I tested it on the PC. I have reset my phone few weeks ago, the system is clean, with few apps, so I'm not going to do it again. The headset works if I install the app "Lesser Audioswitch", I tried this trick as I read it on the forum, but still this is not an ideal solution.
