Colour resolution problem

I got my xperia xa(f3115) a week a go.then after days of using i notice the resolution especially color yellow and red is not clear as in the yellow looks like maroon and red is so redish. . Done several settings already but still annoying .-waiting customer support to answer this. Thanks!

Welcome to the community,

Have you made sure to check the accessibility settings, you may have turned on colour correction?

Apps > Settings > Accessibility > Colour Correction > Turn it off.

just purchased an Xperia XA Ultra, the phone comes with a default video that looks super clear but when I try to watch videos on youtube the quality is just the worst even on 1080p 60fps. I mean even 360p on my old phone(low gama) is way better than 1080p in Xperia XA Ultra. is this a "Manufacturing defect" or how can I solve it?
