To turn the vibration off in SwiftKey, follow the instructions below.

From the home screen, find and tap Settings > System > Languages & input > On-screen keyboard > SwiftKey Keyboard.
Tap Typing > Sound & Vibration.

Keep in mind that there is also a "Vibrate on tap" setting in the device. This will for example make the device vibrate when tapping the three soft keys (back, home, recent apps) and this can be turned off in Settings > Sound > Advanced > Vibrate on tap.
