Loudspeaker cannot produce max volume

Hi! Need help on my XA1 Plus. The loudspeaker does not produce max volume. It is also sometimes muffled.

Hi @C933, I am sorry to hear about this.

First of all i would suggest that you remove any protective case or cover to verify that it's not interfering with the loudspeaker. Secondly, have you used the Tests feature in the Support app to carry out a quick test to check that the loudspeaker is working properly? In order to do this, Find and tap Settings > Support > Tests > Media.

You can also use safe mode to check if any downloaded applications are causing the this. If the performance of the loudspeaker improves in safe mode, it is likely that one or more of your post-purchase downloaded applications are affecting the device negatively. For more information on safe mode and how to use it, click here.

Try these measures and let me know how it goes!

Hi! Loudspeaker still does not produce good quality sound. I guess it's the hardward. Will just send it to an authorized repair center. Thanks for the help though!
