Hi @Chris0103 and welcome to the support Forum!

First of all I would like to know if it is a pin code for the SIM-card that you are trying to retrieve or if it is a pin cod for a screen lock? If this is regarding the pin code for your SIM-card I advice that you contact your operator.

If you have been locked out from your device by a pin code that you do not remember there is two ways to get access to the phone again. The first way is to repair the software in the phone using a computer and our program Xperia Companion for more information on how to perform a software repair, please click here.

The second way to get access to your phone if you have forgotten your screen lock is to erase all data from the phone using a service from google called Find My Device. Just log on using your google account, click on the phone you want to access and click the option called "Erase"

Please note though that both measures will erase all personal data from the phone such as images, contacts, messages etc.
