I paid 2 orders with a Pack in each (mobile phone + headset) • Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra + Sony SBH56 ............ is a Pack with 2 items London handled orders ......... ...... which were delivered to LONDON-HEATHROW DHL Friday, August 10, 2018 ............... Location Time Piece Shipment picked up LONDON-HEATHROW - UK 14:22 On 08/16/2018 ............ I received the 2 orders without SBH56 (without Bluetooth headsets) Order: 875Q-C804-D547 and Order: 8753-C804-E827 Could be simple ........ but you do not want .... remains to know if it was a mistake or fraud I walked the day 08/17/2018 to call the various numbers to do Emails and chat .... and not a thousand meter ahead your service goes beyond bad .... pure and simply do not take notes much less ...... understand that I bought in package of 2 things Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra mobile phone + SBH56 headset and in 2 orders just received the 2 mobile phones do not want to understand something so simple ......... can only be by bad faith&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
