And it's been a week already that the phone would not charge without restrating the phone which goes to the next issue.. It takes 5-10 minutes to just to restart the phone&nbsp; and now i've noticed that I'am having difficulties with the screen and the app that I used will just stop then close.</P><P>This is the second time i had a bad experienced with this product ( first one is sony xperia Z2). I've always been&nbsp; a sony user from TV's, playstation(from ps1), mobile phones. But I think this will be the last time that I will ever buy a&nbsp;sony mobile phone ever!</P><P>And now my question is.. What can you do to help me out. I bought this from a sony store last january 28, 2018.
