Hi @PixieMiki, welcome to our forum!

To permanently remove the notification you will need to update the device, but you can remove it just for now, but it may come back after a while or after a restart. To do that, go to Settings > Apps & notifications > App-info > 3 dots in the top right corner > Show system > Software update > Storage > Clear data.
