Purchased the Xperia Ultra at Best Buy, Dallas Texas. The staff advised that they do not know of a “ Premium” model. After purchase I was advised that no-one knew how to operate the phone. I could at a fee of US $35. Cancel the transaction. A bad reflection on the store and a shocking reflection on Sony
