hai gud day can somebody help me I cannot receive call or txt when my mobile data sim 2 is open help me plss.

If your sim1 supports 4g only network,then using sim2 for data will turn 4gmode for sim 2.since sim1 wont wont support 3g&2g frequencies then u cant receive call or txt

If that is not the issue then try settings>reset>reset network settings>done it will fix any network issues
