Do settings>system>reset>reset network settings>done ,then put sim in other slot if it is dual sim version

for low signal,check networks in your area in others mobile,if theirs also same then phone is ok.

For restarting issue i never faced like that issue with my mobile,so i cant help in that matter.

Try removing external covers bcoz they also block some signal, check for software updates and update if any.
