Snapchat it's a third party app, you have to report the bug with the app developers, as it's up to them to address any bugs/compatibility issues.

Had the same problem and reported it to snapchat but still no reply :(. Also had a few other issues since updating tbh.

I have an issue with my front and back camera on the Xa1 ever since the update.

Snapchat camera and filters are bugging out. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared cache numerous times but still not working.

Does anyone have any solutions to provide please?

The problem only appears with Sony. On Samsung iphone and no problem. I do not see how the problem comes from snap! And it's since the last update Sony.

Apps developers should do their apps compatible with the different phone brands, and not the other way around. So, please, get in touch with Snapchat developers.

I have the same problem, and it's an internal problem with Xperia XA1, I still have my old Xperia M4Aqua, I installed it Snapchat and it works properly, everything's fine.

There should be something Sony can do.

Same here! I've had my XA1 since April 2 and before that I had an M4 Aqua. No problem with the M4
