      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have located the problem myself, on close inspection I have found a crack on the casing next to the on /off button and the phone is actually slightly bent.&amp;nbsp; I often have phone in my back pocket so I'm assuming that is how the damage has occurred. Be warned that this can happen&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
