Hi @Df7, sorry to hear about this.

I'm not really quite sure I understand exactly what behaviour you are experiencing, does the device open up applications on it's own and/or starts tapping on different icons on the screen?

I would recommend that you start with restarting your device in safe mode, so we can make sure that no downloaded application(s) are the cause of this behaviour.

Let me how it goes and I'm sorry if I misunderstood your question!

I have located the problem myself, on close inspection I have found a crack on the casing next to the on /off button and the phone is actually slightly bent. I often have phone in my back pocket so I'm assuming that is how the damage has occurred. Be warned that this can happen
