https://community.sony.com.mk/t5/xa-series/phone-volume/m-p/3604123#M21573 <P>Whenever I play a song from spotify using internal speakers on XA, the volume does not change whenever I increase or decrease the volume.&nbsp;</P><P>It turn silent at level 0 and when I press the volume up button sound starts playing but if in increase the volume to a 100% it does change.</P><P>Basically at 0 it's silent, from levels 1 to 15 the volume remains the same even though the slider changes.&nbsp;</P><P>It works with headphones and external speakers but not with internal speakers.&nbsp;</P><P>Also the volume in headphones is really low when compared to iPhones, Samsung, Huawei and other phones I had previously owned.
