fingerprint does not work!!

Suddenly the fingerprint stop working!! Initially the fingerprint stop working while using the phone. Then restart the mobile & the phone booted as a initial condition & asking for all the initial informations as if its a brand new one. after giving all the info correctly the new fingerprint page comes and tried to give sample fingerprint & at that moment the after taking several fingerprints it stops taking the last fingerprint sample & the mobile went hang. now i cannot use my phone as i used it previously.

It seems that you've askeda bout warranty before

perhaps you might want to get it inspected.

Also, have you repaired the phone with XC ?

Yes you are right!

Currently using XC to repair the softwere, After downloading the image file using XC the device turned off and the repair screen appeared but it seems that the repair progress not updating. How long it will take to repair the device? Is it ok to automatically power off the device while repair screen appeared?
