I got my phone seven months ago, I have serious problems with the touch screen, to the point where i can't use it. I have done 2 factory resets and nothing. I need help! It still has warranty.

I'm sorry to hear about your problem, could you test your device's touchscreen?

Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test

Already did it, also the letters on the edge do not work. The phone selects things. It keeps scrolling down the menu and notifications. I can't use it.

OMG! I cant believe the screen problem is happening to others too! Its my same problem. Did restore my unit but to no effect. What will sony do to help us?

I have done the factory reset two times and nothing. I use it a lot to manage my bank accounts. I was supposed to pay my rent on the weekend and I couldn't because of the phone. I'm so frustrated.
