Phone keeps on crashing, having to restore at least once a week.

Please help as I'm starting to get sick and tired of this phone only after 4 weeks of having it and I'm seriously considering not buying another Sony phone.

I'm getting random lock-ups on my phone around once a week. Nothing works, touchscreen, power button, volume buttons. Then all of a sudden the phone restarts and gets stuck on the Xperia logo and hangs there indefinitley. The only way I can get the phone to work is to perform a software repair but as you know this wipes the phone and I have the inconvenience of having to load my apps and all my details back into it.

It doesn't happen at certain times, i.e. using a certain app or running a task, it's completely random. Sometimes doing a normal reset causes the same thing to happen (stuck at the xperia logo).

If anyone has a fix for this phone please let me know or I'm going to sling it through the nearest window and buy something else.

UPDATE: I've just finished my latest restore and it's still stuck on the xperia logo. It's been like this for 20 minutes.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue but you will have to contact your Local support to get it inspected.

Tried that,

Paid for the privilege and 1 day later it did the same thing. Unfortunately it seems to be an inherent problem with the phone.
