I bought a Sony XPERIA XA1 ULTRA DUAL SIM when I bought the seller told me that I will have a headset, a battery backup and a free wallet. But I don't know which site to go to for the order.

This is a user based forum, you should contact the seller since he/she promised all this items.

As @uliwooly pointed out, this is a Global user based forum and campaigns will differ between markets. Therefor I would recommend that you either get in touch with the seller or your Local support team as this can either be a local campaign for your market or a specific campaign for the retailer where you bought the device.
