      <description>&lt;P&gt;Even sounds can be odd.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restart the device in safe mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is still happening it is something with the device, else it may be an app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
