Pattern lock - Weird behaviour

Please help,

I have XPERIA XA model F3112 Dual, the phone has pattern lock, when the phone starting it gives "To start Android draw your pattern" then I enter the pattern and it's accepted, then the phone moves to "Starting Android" with XPERIA logo, then the screen is loaded and asking for pattern again, I enter the same pattern (I have only 1 pattern), but it's not accepted, it's giving "Incorrect pattern".

Notes:

- Usually in other phones, there are limited tries to enter the pattern but in my case I can try unlimited times without giving any restrictions, I also do not get option to log in using other methods like google account for example.

- I cannot restore factory settings because I have important files in the phone and I need them.

- Debugging mode not enabled.

Any help please?
