Vibrating not working

The vibration works for only a few minutes, and then, this doesn't works. This happens all time

I'm sorry to hear this.

First I would recommend that you make sure that you do not have your device in any STAMINA mode as this will disable vibrations in your device. You can access the STAMINA modes if you go to: Settings > Battery > STAMINA mode / Ultra STAMINA mode > Off.

I would also recommend that you restart your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is due to one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.

I have the stamina mode disabled, and I already tried with the safe mode, however it is not solved

Thanks for the update! Just to be clear, you experience the exact same behavior in safe mode? The vibration works for a few minutes then stops again until your restart the device?

When this happens could you test the vibration function in diagnostics to see if it works there. You can do this if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Vibrations. Is it the same here?
