System proces fail

Hi sony-users!

I have a problem with my xperia xa1 ultra, I hope someone can help me.

Last week I bought this new phone, I was really happy about it. Till I get the same error messsage over and over again, every day. ' proces system failed' (see photo). Everytime before I get the message the phone freeze. This morning it happen when my alarm goes of. I couldnt shut the alarm off because the phone freezed! After 5 minutes the message appear and finally the phone stopped freezing.

I guess you understand that this is really Irritating. What can I do to stop this?

What you need to know:

- I have the latest phone update

- I dont have dropbox on my phone

- I transport everything from my old xperia phone to my new xperia phone

I hope someone can help me.

thats one is the problem, you did copy of all garbage of all old apps to new phone...

follow the steps

1)unistall unused apps (temporary if need it in future)

2)Disable preinstalled sony apps (video editor, facebook,drop,messengers...etc)

3)clear cache for installed apps

4)restart and check
