XA1 display black and unable to use "RESTORE" function on SONY COMPANION the reclaim the stored back

I have following situation as below:

1. Sony XA1 data backup done on Feb 10th 2018

2. Sony XA1 phone fell down and screen turned black on Mar 01st 2018

3. Connected the same XA1 device to Sony Companion APP on Laptop, -> It says " Your Device is Locked" ; " 1 Set Xperia device to transfer files mode"

4. In standlone mode with or without connecting broken XA1 phone to Companion app , I tried to use RESTORE function

- checked the "Show all backups,including ones of unconnected devices"

- One backup visible as from Step-1 above , then I clicked on "EXPORT BACKUP" function and provided the correct password and click OK.

- message "Backup export Complete" appeared. But companion app created a folder which is empty. there is no data whatsoever.

Some experts help me on my situation.
