1. I set the font size to largest but after a restart, font size returns to default

2. I customize notification sound but after restart the sound returns to default.

3. Laggy scrolling.

4. Weak signal reception. Only a maximum of 1 bar of LTE at home as against 3 bars in my Asus phone.

These resulted after latest FORCED UPDATE. My phone is only 3 days old and I already regret going back to Sony from Asus which I think is better in performance, with no bugs. I am a Sony person, from Amount cameras, Emount mirrorless, RX100 series to phones Z1, Z2, Z3. But now, you lost me Sony, sorry.

Hello everyone and I'm sorry to hear about the behaviour all of you are experiencing with your Xperia XA1 PLUS devices.

You might experience that the font size is changed back to the default size after restarting the device. The font size in Settings menu may show the size you set, but the actual font may appear in the default size. This is a known behaviour that will be corrected in the next software release.

Note! Software updates are released at different times depending on the operator, market, region or country. Therefore, we cannot give you an exact date for when a specific update will be available for your device. In addition, network operators and specific markets may choose not to use the updates for specific models.

Affected Xperia™ devices and software versions

Xperia XA1 with 40.0.A.6.175 and 40.0.A.6.162
Xperia XA1 Ultra with 42.0.A.4.153 and 42.0.A.4.133
Xperia XA1 Plus with 48.0.A.1.117 and 48.0.A.1.99
