      <title>Netflix error code 5.2</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When watching Netflix on my Sony Xperia Plus I receive the error code 5.2, I have tried the steps netflix provide which are uninstall and reinstall and also turn off phone and turn back on, still comes up with error code 5.2, any help would be much appreciated thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried but I'm unable to replicate this issue on my xa1 plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you give more info as to when it acts in this way and what settings you use?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, are you able to download and watch downloaded content from the app?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have the Sony but have an Acer Iconia tablet. I followed all the instructions too and nothing worked. But I found another forum and a person suggested, Clear Cache (not data), then force close the app, then open up the app. So far so good. But sceptible. Ah spoke too soon. Not working. I also did a chat with Netflix. He was pretty much of no use. He walked me through all the things the instructions said to do, and actually worked for about 10 minutes and then the 5.2 error. He told me to come back and chat again and that he would escalate it. I told him he should anyway because it just plain wasn't going to work. I have like I said an Acer tablet running Nougat, fairly new tablet, came out this year.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shifting the issue a bit there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clear the apps data and cache and see if that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, uninstall and then reinstall the app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
