Cell phone reception problem

We have since the purchase and change to the Sony XA1 Ultra, very large reception problems.

At our location we have with this device no to hardly reception. A test with the SIM card in another device was positive the reception was very good at the same location.

The following has already been tried
Reset network setting
Download Internet setting again
Factory setting
Other / New simcard from the same supplier
Other SIM card other providers
Switch to 3G and 2G

In my opinion, the phone should switch to the best possible network mode independently what it does not. At 2G we have 1-2 bars at the site. With LTE (Bvorzugt) no bar. The phone stays in LTE / 4G mode although a better signal (db) would be possible with 2G.

A test with a Huawei Mate 8 with LTE shows 3 bars at the same location.

The reception quality of the Sony is extremely bad because with other manufacturers no problems with the same provider and Simcard itself.

Since the device is just 3 weeks old and was bought new.

too many factors are affect cell reception.......hand, case, glass, airports, high power cables, microwaves

different devices always shows different cell signal dB quality.

Sony set optimal cell reception/battery saving mode for xa1 ultra.

ps: use service code to swith to 3G only mode for better cell reception (or 2G mode if fail) but you will get battery drain too fast
