    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are several videos that can be viewed just fine on my phone. But when I try to transfer them to my Mac computer using Xperia Companion, the result is a bunch of mp4 files that have zero bytes. Needless to say, these files cannot be open properly. Can anyone help me with this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
