I can not send sms

~~Llevo días intentando enviar mensajes (SMS) a un contacto específico y siempre me sale el mismo aviso "no se pudo enviar", ayer intente enviar un SMS a otros contactos pero no he tenido éxito.~~

~~Llame a atención al cliente y me dijeron que debo cambiar el número de de centro de SMS porque al parecer el que yo tengo es erróneo, pero no me da la opción de cambio.~~

I have been trying to send messages (SMS) to a specific contact for days and I always get the same "could not send" warning, yesterday I tried to send an SMS to other contacts but I was not successful.
