Screen freezing on TOP PORTION

I am using Sony Xperia a1 Ultrs since 4-5 months. Just after few days of using this phone i am facing touch screen issues on the top portion of my phone very frequently. Whnever the problem happens i am not able to do any thing. It doesnt last long but for a minute or two.

When i googled the issue i saw many other has the same issue with the same model. So i am pretty sure Sony tech support team must be aware of this.

Some people are complaining of having the same issue even after getting it fixed from Sony and that is terrible.

I am hopping to get better solution from Sony.

Please advise kindly.

make factory reset, it probably a virus awaiting for incoming SMS to steal your data.

make reset, DO NOT install any apps and make tests of top portion of screen
