This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;, but without adding apps or settings to the backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;1)uninstall ES File Explorer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2)check device by DrWeb or kaspersky AntiSpy&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for geeks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3)install No root Firewall and see which app working with internet and uninstall it&lt;/P&gt;</description>
