There are however I few things I would recommend that you try to see if there may be another cause for this behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you got your device back from the service center did it come a pre-installed screen protector? If so I would recommend that you try to remove it and see if your still experience the same behavior.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend that you reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to make sure this behavior isn't caused by a downloaded app as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode. You can also perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;. Note that this will reset your device so I recommend that you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt; prior to doing so.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If there is still no change after trying all this I'd recommend that you get in contact with your &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/Local+support/pd-p/contact_us" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="13-1"&gt;Local support&lt;/A&gt; team for further assistance with how to have your device sent in to a authorized service for repair.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Touch screen malfunciotion after display replacement</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, a had my xa screen replaced after It cracked due to a fall. Since then i noticed that the touch is not as responsive as it was before. Sometime i need to&amp;nbsp; press It harder to get answer and other times the response area os not the one i touched. For example when i type the letter A appers the S.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The some way to calibrate or chance the sensitive of It?! Thnks a Lot and greatings from Brazil&lt;/P&gt;</description>
