If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can also perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/backup+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/Xperia_Companion_Backup_Restore" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="192-1"&gt;backup using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Follow the steps given in blue links, and keep us updated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good day all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;New phone not more than 3 weeks, &amp;nbsp;Experia xa1plus giving msg that IU app is&lt;BR /&gt;Not working and not allowing me to do anything with the mobile more that 5 hours now even when I am trying to switch off the phone it will not go ,so I can press on the options available&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For ur urgent help plz.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you all for the support&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
