Recently I brought Sony Xperia xa1 plus mobile (15days) back... From starting day on wards am facing small small problem like if any missed call has come , if we clear notification the call icon will not disappear and suddenly some times volume icon will display . If I restart the mobile for 2-3 days it will work fine.

The major problem started from yesterday that if any one call me the screen is not pooping up and screen is dark and we unable to view who has called . We have restarted the mobile 4-5 times still issue has not cleared... This is very bad from Sony I was having a huge expectations from Sony and I did not expected this..

Please reach me on *personal info hidden* and I request u change my mobile I don't won't this model at all or return my money back

Or do you still have that protective sheet that comes with the phone out of the box?

Removing the film will fix your issue.

Hi,

This is not the solution to this problem, I have been facing this issue for 4 times in last 3-4 months and every time I have to go to Sony service center to get the phone display working again.

This is a recurring issue which is still not identified by Sony technical team from last 3-4 months.

They are really playing with the customers patience.

Please replace my handset with new one or else give me my full money back.

You guys are cheating with customers.
