I recommend that you try to reboot your device to &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt; to see if this behavior may be caused by one of your downloaded apps as these will be temporarily disabled in this mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still experiencing the same behavior I recommend that you reset your network settings. Note that this will remove any stored Bluetooth connection, Wi-Fi networks and Internet settings (you can download new if you go to: Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Internet settings.). To reset your network settings go to: Settings &amp;gt; More &amp;gt; Network settings reset &amp;gt; Reset settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
