hi all , those who have updated their xperia xa ultra to nougat (android 7) and faces battery issues here is a simple and effective step to save some more juice from the xa ultra battery

Requirments

1. Xa ultra (XA also may be used but i didnt test it)

2. nougat (must)

first of all go to this link https://www.xda-developers.com/freeze-app-background-processes-without-root-android-nougat/

follow each instructions carefully and do

1. need to download the adb (which is less than 10mb)

2. extract it to a drive in your computer

3. connect your mobile with usb debugging on to the computer

4. open the extracted folder , press shift and then right click, now u ll find "open command prompt here"

5. in command prompt give "abd shell"

6. now your device is connected and ready

7. now follow to steps from the link above to disable all the unwanted apps and services (be careful no to mess up with any system services)

this disabling of services or apps is only enable in nougat and its a hidden permission.

Now those who want to delete any system apps which you do not use (like facebook, gmail, hangouts, trackid, whatsnew etc)

same like previous steps connect your device and open the command prompt and the only difference for removing the apps and disabling is in the commands only ..

disable the apps: cmd appops set com.facebook.system RUN_IN_BACKGROUND ignore

delete the apps: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.facebook.system

to know the package name of each apps and services pls download apps inspertor from google play ...

after using this method i deleted all unwanted system apps and disabled all the apps so that when i close the app, it doesnt run in the background. now i feel the battery is holding good.
