If, in Safe Mode, the issue goes away, it would indicate the problem is with a third party application. Make sure all your apps are up to date in that case.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Otherwise, I recommend you perform a &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/software+repair+using+Xperia+Companion/pd-p/software_repair_2" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="190-1"&gt;software repair using Xperia Companion&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to reinstall the update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1073201"&gt;@Bluebrum&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;try the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Restart the phone - if this doesn't work..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Settings, More, Internet Settings (Download Settings..) - If this doesn't work...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Settings, More, Network Settings Reset - If this doesn't work...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) Turn off your phone, remove the sim card, turn on the phone again, wait to see the message "No Sim Inserted" - insert the sim card, phone should restart automatically if not, restart... - If this doesn't work...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5) Restart Phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;(but I doubt it's a software issue)...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
