Problems with touch screen after update 7.0 Since I did the update of the operating system Android 7.0 I am presenting problems with the touch screen. At first I thought it had damaged the screen but I have no picture problems and the touch screen works only at certain times they are blocked and does not recognize when I tried to write. Hello Víctor,

Both a friend of mine and I are having the exact same issue as you. We both own an Xperia XA and after updating to the latest Android version we have been experiencing issues with the touch screen. Sometimes, it is difficult to unlock the screen as I cannot slide it to the side.

I'm curious as to what solution Sony plans to rule out.

So far I get no response from Sony. I tried to repair with the pc program sony and nothing. Nor can you go back to the previous firmware

Hi,

Try reseting the device it may work properly, I expect it may be due to background apps, as erroneous apps may kill the battery and performance, after reset it might gonna set

You can reinstall the same apps there will be no problem

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY XA ULTRA, I EVEN DID A MASTER RESET AND STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY . VERY ANNOYING .

Hi! I have similar problems with swiping the lock screen. I also noticed that the screen has a black border all around the edge, i.e. it has lost the sleek bezel-free look it used to have before the update. The "infinite" screen look was one of the selling points for this model, and now that is gone. It looks really ugly if you ask me.

I'm also facing same problem with my Xperia xa dual my touch screen hangs after a phone conversation and it recoveres after locking and unlocking screen and this problem occurs very frequently please provide the fix
