      <description>&lt;P&gt;i just got my sony experia Xa1 ultra and every time it connects to my homes internet it reboots and wont stop untill i turn the wifi off &amp;nbsp;it gets calls and texts &amp;nbsp;and it wont connect to any one els internet it just saids authentication problum i have tried fixing it by reparing &amp;nbsp;i sent it back to my phone company they just updated it and it still dose the reboot if any one could help me with this it would be so amazing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1072169"&gt;@chris-lepp&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you already repaired your phone I can advise you just a couple of things, maybe few more:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) Restart your phone in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/c-sonymobile/safe+mode/pd-p/safe_mode" class="lia-product-mention" data-product="187-1"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- will it work better?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Try connecting to your wifi with bluetooth off.. will it work better?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) Try removing SIM card and SD card, connect to WiFi.. will it work better?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4) If your modem/router is dual band, can you try selectively to disable first the 2.4ghz band and trying to connect to the 5ghz only band&amp;nbsp;and viceversa, will it work?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
