Battery drain plus no sign of battery charging

First of all it doesn't show it charges.. It does but super slow my battery is suddenly going empty in a couple of hours and then it normally was set on charge this device but if I press that it still keeps running the second option why I don't know what it is.... HELP HELP HELP ME

@DutchBOY maybe a silly question but are you using the provided usb charger? That dialog is used only to configure the way your phone will use a "data" USB connection, not the one of a charger.

Are you trying to connect your phone to a laptop/desktop computer to charge your phone? If yes you need to know that laptop computers are not ideal to be used to charge a mobile phone. For fast/reliable results you should always use a dedicared USB charger, preferably the one provided with your phone.

If instead you are using the originally provided charger then follow @CameronT advice, restart your phone in safe mode and check if your phone charge correctly. If it does this means that you have an app that is using the CPU at a level that the phone cannot recharge the battery correctly. If you can identify the APP that is provoking the issue then just uninstall it and you should see an improvement.

Yeah but when I do that press to charge this device it does not go to that option and don't now where else I can change this

Yeah original charger tried all but it will charge but slow and not saying charging..

This is a impulse buy Sony so bought it because my z 4 broke but it's the worst Sony I ever had.. I cam press the q or p or 123 letters and all other options in corners because they are on the weird end of the touch screen.. Still not fixed but have three apps on my phone and don't understand why this suddenly is

@DutchBOY I see you still have issues, is your phone still in warranty? If yes I will really advise you to contact Local support because now that touch screen behaviour is not ok.
