It doesn't hold a charge anymore I also got an iPad and it fully charges up with the charger I don't run a lot f appointments on my phone and looks like there is no way too remove the back too change battery?

The battery is sealed inside the phone.

Do you experience the same issue in safe mode?

I recommend you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact your Local support team to arrange a repair assessment.
